General Dosage Recommendation
The following dosage is a suggestion only. The chart in no way acts as a substitute for professional medical advice.
It is recommended that you start with a lower % CBD oil, e.g. 500mg, and work your way up gradually to the higher strength oils.
Start with one drop under the tongue twice a day and then increase by one drop every four or five days.
Once you begin to see a benefit stick with that dose as taking more won’t necessarily increase the benefit received.
If you go past your optimal dose just drop back down to the previous dose.
Every person’s optimal dose is different.
